Helping business owners stop burning out and start cooking with systems
I created Systems That Cook for the founders wearing every hat, working way too many hours, and wondering if they can actually enjoy their business again. I help entrepreneurs go from reactive to strategic by designing systems that bring structure, sanity, and sustainability back to their business.

Why I Built Systems That Cook
I didn’t grow up around entrepreneurs — but I did get a front-row seat to what burnout looks like when my parents started their own business.
I watched them pour everything into their dream: long days, late nights, constant stress. They were passionate and hardworking — but with no real systems or structure in place, they were constantly in firefighting mode. There was no off switch. And I realized... they weren’t alone.
The more small business owners I met, the more I saw the same patterns: no processes, no clarity, no space to breathe — just survival mode disguised as success.
That’s when I knew where I could help.
I created Systems That Cook to give entrepreneurs more than just advice — I give them structure. I bring clarity, order, and calm to the chaos. I help turn those endless to-do lists into repeatable, reliable systems that actually support the business and the person running it.
Because passion shouldn’t come with burnout.
You didn’t start your business to work 24/7.
Let’s build the systems that bring back your time, energy, and passion for what you do.

What We Stand For
Mission
To help business owners reclaim their time, energy, and clarity by building systems that support sustainable growth — and don’t rely on burnout to work.
Vision
A world where entrepreneurs build thriving businesses that serve their lives, instead of running them into the ground.
Simplicity Over Complexity
Clean, intuitive systems beat over-engineered chaos every time. Less is more, always.
Our Values
Collaboration Over Control
We build with you, not for you. Because your business should still feel like yours — just better.
Done, Documented, Delegated
Everything has a home and a handoff. That’s how a business scales beyond you.
Structure Creates Freedom
Boundaries and blueprints don’t box you in — they give you the space to grow. Systems are what make creativity sustainable.
Strategy with Soul
A great plan should serve people, not just processes. We lead with heart, backed by data.
What I bring to the table
♟
Strategic Thinker
Always asking: “How can we make this smoother?”
💥
Proactive Doer
If there’s a problem, I’m already mapping the fix.
🔎
Detail-Oriented
I see the patterns, the gaps, and the potential.
🧠
Growth-Minded
Constantly learning, improving, evolving — and helping others do the same.

Outside the kitchen
I’m a systems strategist at heart, but outside of business? I’m all about stories, creativity, and connection.
Whether I’m running a D&D campaign with friends, catching a double feature with my fiancée (we’re proud Cinemark members), or losing track of time over a great board game — storytelling and world-building have always been part of who I am.
I also love to cook (fitting, right?), and we’re always looking for new adventures. Travel is a big dream of ours — we recently explored Japan and hope to live there part-time one day.
At the end of the day, I believe life (and business) runs best when you’ve got structure, a little flexibility, and good people in your corner.
