Refund & Cancellation Policy for
Systems That Cook

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital business management and consulting services, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Service-Specific Policies
📌 Strategy Sessions & Coaching Calls:
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.
📌 Project-Based Work (Operations, Branding, or Sales Systems):
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure services.
• Once work has started, the remaining balance is due according to the project agreement.
• If the client cancels before completion, any unpaid fees for work done remain due.
📌 Retainer Services:
• Retainer clients commit to a minimum of 3 months.
• Cancellations require 30-day notice before the next billing cycle.
• No refunds are issued for services already rendered.
3. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. If you believe you qualify for an exception, please reach out, and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
